Ekanos platform/app is an online service dedicated to helping all learners to search, find & learn the best & effective content online. The personal data you choose to provide on this application is used to help you describe yourself, and helps ARCS Aviation provide its services.

This privacy policy is to clarify how ARCS Aviation ("ARCS Aviation", "we", "us", "our") processes your 'personal data' ("data", "information") after you have granted us the permission to use it.

This Privacy Policy applies when you visit or use the Ekanos mobile application (App), Ekanos website with integrated web app (Platform), APIs and plugins.

ARCS Aviation properties use automated ways of collecting data necessary to provide the products and services offered by us.

Systems Data: Technical data about user device, such as the IP address, operating system type and version, unique device identifiers, browser, and other systems data, and platform types
Usage Data: Modules purchased, saved, and viewed.
Enrolments, revenue from the modules and data on similar areas

- Like most platforms and apps, Ekanos uses cookies and log files to track usage. A cookie is a tiny data file saved on your device to allow Ekanos to recognize you as a user whenever you return to our platform/app using the same device. Unfortunately, if your device settings do not allow cookies you will not be able to use our service. Like the information that you enter during registration or in your profile, in the cookie and in the log file, data is stored to customize your experience on the platform/app.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Ekanos social media pages and website, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit. Note that Ekanos has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Many emails you initiate through Ekanos Platform/app, will list your email address and name in the header of the message. Other communications that you initiate through the Ekanos platform/app, like a request for the support, will list your name as the initiator but will not include your personal contact information.

ARCS Aviation needs the certain specific type of information to enable you on the Ekanos platform/app and if you choose not to provide these information, ARCS Aviation will be unable to render you our services. We may retain certain data contributed by you if it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personal data, data records with claims from multiple stakeholders, account recovery, or if required by law. All retained data will continue to be subject to the terms of the Ekanos Privacy Policy that you have previously agreed to.

To help with the business operations, most of your personal data that you provide to us, is stored in the internationally known cloud services such as Amazon and Azure.

It is possible that we may need to disclose personal data when required by law. We will disclose such information wherein we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, or other legal process served on our company or to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
